Businesses that meet all of the following requirements are eligible to receive support through the Business Public Data Resolution Center.
For data that the holding organization refuses to provide due to technical difficulties or quality issues, we support companies to secure the data they need by establishing solutions for each reason for the refusal through consultation with the organization.
※ However, if there are legal issues with the provision of data, support may not be possible, and if it is difficult to provide the original data, it may be provided through appropriate data processing such as anonymization or synthesis.
Submission and Confirmation
You can apply for problem solving through the application menu on the website. Please provide a detailed data utilization plan and required data items in accordance with the request form. If the application is insufficient or does not meet the requirements, it may be rejected or you may be asked to submit supplementary materials. If the application requirements are met, the application will be completed, and the applicant will be notified of the fact of application and the subsequent procedures.
Status Grasp
Based on the application details, Resolution Center will determine the status of the data of the institution holding the application data.

Support Team Operation and Plan Review
In order to resolve the issue, we will review the scope and method of provision, etc., through consultation with the holding organization and prepare a solution. However, in the case of matters requiring interpretation of laws or legal judgment, we will end the issue resolution support by guiding the mediation procedure through the Public Data Dispute Resolution Committee.
Notification of results
Inform the applicant of the results of the consultation regarding the application for problem solving support.
