Local governments manage expenses related to events and festivals under four statistical categories: event operating expenses (201-03), compensation for actual event expenses (301-11), private event business assistance (307-04), and event-related facility expenses (401-04). Information on the organization of local government event and festival expenses is provided along with information on the ratio of the expenditure budget information based on the general account standard organized for local government events and festivals to the total expenditure budget amount. The target account is the general account, and information has been provided since the 2015 fiscal year.
