This data provides detailed information on products subject to the "Energy Consumption Efficiency Rating and Labeling System," introduced under the Energy Utilization Rationalization Act. This system is a key government energy management policy that mandates labeling of energy consumption efficiency, graded from Grade 1 (highest efficiency) to Grade 5 (least efficient), for high-power, widely distributed appliances and office equipment. Furthermore, the Minimum Energy Performance Standard (MEPS) prohibits the production and sale of products below Grade 5.
