The Nonhyeon Photochemical Air Pollutant Monitoring Station, located at 611 Cheongneung-daero (Nonhyeon Central Park) in Namdong-gu, Incheon, automatically measures the concentration of 56 VOCs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing monthly data. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are hydrocarbons found in petrochemical products, organic solvents, and other substances. Due to their high vapor pressure, VOCs readily evaporate in the atmosphere and are key photochemical reactive substances that contribute to ozone formation through photochemical reactions with nitrogen oxides (NOx). This data is crucial for understanding urban air pollution and high ozone concentrations. Major emission sources include industrial and residential sources such as paint shops, laundries, and organic solvent-using facilities; transportation sources such as gas stations, depots, and vehicle exhaust fumes; and biological sources such as natural emissions from trees. This data is processed in accordance with the Ministry of Environment&amp;#39;s fair testing standards and related operating guidelines, and some values may be excluded during the measurement equipment inspection and quality control process.</dct:description>
