국유재산관리기금(이하, 국유기금)은 국유재산법에 의거하여 국유재산의 효율적 활용 및 관리를 목적으로 2012년부터 설치·운용중입니다.
국유기금은 국유일반재산의 매각대금 등을 재원으로 하여 공용재산취득사업 지원 등 국유재산의 효용 증대를 위해 운용되고 있습니다. 국유기금의 관리·운용 주체는 기획재정부이고, 한국자산관리공사는 여유자금의 운용, 회계·결산 등 사무의 일부를 위탁받아 수행하고 있습니다. 매년 국유재산관리기금의 자산운용 현황(투자액 규모, 운용수익률, 위험조정수익률 등)을 제공합니다. The National Property Management Fund (hereinafter referred to as the \National Fund\) has been established and operated since 2012 in accordance with the National Property Act for the purpose of the efficient utilization and management of national property. The National Fund is operated to enhance the utility of national property, such as by supporting public property acquisition projects, using proceeds from the sale of general national property as its source of funds. The Ministry of Economy and Finance is the managing and operating entity of the National Fund, while the Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) is entrusted with and performs some administrative duties, including the management of surplus funds, accounting, and settlement of accounts.
