This is a video file containing CCTV footage recorded for a total of one minute—30 seconds before and 30 seconds after the moment an abnormal signal was detected—on domestic special bridges managed by the Korea Institute of Construction Safety. As video data collected during the safety management and maintenance of special bridges, this data is structured to allow for the visual verification of on-site conditions before and after the occurrence of an abnormal signal. Through this, it is possible to identify abnormal signs, sudden situations, and changes in traffic conditions occurring on the bridge and in the surrounding environment. It can also be utilized as foundational data for safety inspections, analysis of abnormal causes, accident prevention, and support for maintenance tasks related to special bridges. Furthermore, this data can be used for the development of various artificial intelligence technologies—such as video-based object detection, event detection, identification of hazardous situations, and analysis of abnormal behavior—as well as for building training data.
