질병관리청에서는 2011년 이후 매년 행정안전부 폭염대책기간에(5월~9월경) 전국 500여개 의료기관과 관할 지자체가 참여한 온열질환 응급실 감시체계를 운영하고 있으며, 내원한 환자 중 온열질환자에 대한 감시 보고를 통해 일일 감시 현황 데이터를 제공(질병관리청 홈페이지)하고 있습니다. 2011년부터 2018년까지는 시군구별 분류 자료가 공개되어 있지 않아, 일일 현황 중 전라북도의 최근 10년(2016년~2025년) 간 시군구별 온열질환자 발생일, 발생자 수와 추정사망자 수에 대한 정보를 분류한 자료입니다. Since 2011, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) has been operating an emergency room surveillance schema for heat-related illnesses involving approximately 500 medical institutions nationwide and relevant local governments every year during the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's heatwave countermeasures period (around May to September). Through surveillance reports on patients with heat-related illnesses among those visiting these institutions, daily surveillance status data is provided (via the KDCA website).
