The Yangpyeong Future Education Cooperation District, with its vision of \Green Yangpyeong Future Education,\ pursues three goals: Autonomy (revitalizing educational autonomy), Balance (community-linked education), and Future (cultivating global, convergent talents based on regional characteristics). To achieve this goal, the district has eight major initiatives: revitalizing school- and community-linked educational councils, supporting local educational autonomy through school- and community-linked initiatives, establishing and operating a customized shared school platform, operating a program to support harmonious student growth through regional collaboration, expanding sustainable community education infrastructure, operating regionally-specific future education programs, supporting student-focused, regionally-linked creative convergent education, and developing future capabilities through the use of regionally-based future education resources.
