YEAR는 적용 연도, EVAL_GRP_ID,EVAL_GRP_NM은 평가군,평가군명을 나타내며, DEGREE_ID,DEGREE_NM은 평가 차수,평가차수명을 의미하며 데이터 관리 주요 컬럼명입니다.
평가군별로 다른 평가차수를 지정할 수 있으며, 추후 이 평가차수를 기준으로 부서별과 지표별로 평가종합 비율을 설정하고 평가종합 점수를 산출하여 상반기 또는 하반기 별로 성과평가를 진행하게됩니다.
