                <dct:description xml:lang="en">This data is virtual (synthetic) data created based on questions actually entered by citizens into the Seoul Metro chatbot (civil complaint/inquiry response service). It does not contain any personal information and has been processed for AI training to enable the chatbot to provide smarter answers. Each sentence is recorded with \who (user), when (sysdate), what day of the week (dayofweek), how (type), what content (msg_m), and what emotion (pos_neg)\, which can be used by AI to learn human speech patterns and emotions. This natural language-based synthetic data reflects actual citizen speech, and personal information, civil complaint details, and location information have been anonymized. Meta-information necessary for AI training, such as text, time, and emotional information, has been structured. Some typos and colloquialisms within the sentences have also been reflected to maintain the characteristics of real conversations.</dct:description>
