2024년 「스테이지 하남!(버스킹)」 사업은 하남시를 젊고 활기찬 문화예술도시로 조성하기 위해 추진된 거리공연 프로젝트로, 시민의 문화 향유 기회를 넓히고 지역예술가의 참여를 활성화하였습니다. 2024년 4월 20일부터 10월 27일까지 미사, 신장, 위례, 감일 등 4개 권역 7개 거점에서 총 76회 공연이 진행되었으며, 201개 팀의 버스커가 참여하여 약 35,636명의 관객을 모았습니다. 공연은 대학생, 시민, 전문 버스커 등으로 구성되어 다양성을 확보하였고, K-pop, 국악, 클래식, 뮤지컬, 퍼포먼스 등 장르별 특색 있는 무대를 선보였습니다. 시민 만족도는 상반기 95.3%, 하반기 89.7%로 평균 92.5%에 달했으며, 이는 전년 대비 관객 수 38% 증가라는 성과로 이어졌습니다.
또한, SNS와 언론을 통한 홍보(50여 개 기사 보도, 유튜브 조회수 9천 회 이상)로 브랜드 인지도를 높였으며, 일부 지역의 소음 민원에 대응해 공연 장소를 조정하는 등 운영 개선도 이루어졌다. 향후에는 권역별 특성에 맞는 프로그램 구성과 시민 참여형 문화 확산을 목표로 하고 있습니다. The 2024 \Stage Hanam! (Busking)\ project, a street performance initiative launched to foster Hanam City as a young and vibrant cultural and artistic city, expanded opportunities for citizens to enjoy culture and revitalized the participation of local artists.
