ㅇ 한국전력거래소는 전력을 생산하는 발전사업자, 전력을 수요지까지 전달하는 송배전사업자, 전력을 구매하여 판매하는 판매사업자, 전력을 사용하는 소비자 등으로 구성되는 전력시장에서 전력의 판매 및 구매 활동을 실시간으로 운영, 감시하는 "전력시장 운영 업무"와 전력 수요에 맞춰 전력 생산량을 결정하고 이를 안정적으로 수요지에 공급되도록 하는 "전력계통 운영 업무"등을 전담하고 있습니다.

__생성 및 수집목적__
전기사업법 및 전력시장 운영규칙에 따라 안정적인 전력시장 및 계통운영을 위해 데이터를 생성, 수집하고 있습니다.

__활용성__
ㅇ 계통한계가격(SMP)은 전력시장가격(원/kWh)으로, 시간별로 산정되며 1일 총 24개의 값이 공표됩니다.
ㅇ 해당데이터는 일자별 시간별로 제주의 계통한계가격을 확인할 수 있습니다.

(즉, 거래시간 06시는 05:00 직후부터 시작하여 06:00에 종료하는 기간을 표시합니다) ㅇ The Korea Power Exchange is responsible for "power market operation" that operates and monitors the sales and purchasing activities of electricity in real time in the electricity market, which is comprised of power generation companies that produce electricity, transmission and distribution companies that transmit electricity to demand sites, sales companies that purchase and sell electricity, and consumers that use electricity, and "power system operation" that determines the amount of electricity produced according to electricity demand and ensures that it is stably supplied to demand sites.

__Purpose of creation and collection__
In accordance with the Electricity Business Act and the Electricity Market Operation Rules, we are generating and collecting data to ensure stable electricity market and grid operation.

__Usability__
ㅇ The System Marginal Price (SMP) is the electricity market price (KRW/kWh), calculated hourly, and a total of 24 values are announced per day.
ㅇ The data can be used to check Jeju's grid limit price by date and hour.
