This data contains the status of publicly announced individual land prices, surveyed and assessed for each parcel of land in Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, as of January 1st of each year, in accordance with the \Act on Public Announcement of Real Estate Prices.\ The data includes the parcel number, publicly announced land price (KRW/㎡), base date, and public announcement date for each parcel within Dong-gu. Each parcel is identified by a unique number.
