연구 설명: 버섯포자는 전파방식에 따라 매우 다양한 형태와 크기를 지닌다. 그러므로 포자의 형태, 색, 표면장식, 크기 및 막의 두께 등이 버섯의 분류와 동정에 매우 중요한 형질이 될 수 있다. 이에 전자현미경을 이용하여 포자의 형태학적 분석을 진행하였다.
