대기오염물질 배출량 연보는 국가미세먼지정보센터에서 발간하며, 한 해의 대기오염물질 배출량에 대해 소개한다. 국가 대기오염물질 배출량은 1999년부터 대기정책지원시스템(Clean Air Policy Support System, 이하 CAPSS)을 활용하여 7개의 대기오염물질(CO, NOx, SOx, TSP,PM-10, VOCs, NH3)을 대상으로 산정하였다. 2011년부터는 PM-2.5를 추가하였으며, 2014년부터는 BC(Black Carbon)를 추가하여 현재 총 9개의 대기오염물질 배출량을 산정 및 발표하고 있다. CAPSS는 대기오염물질 배출목록(Air Pollutants Emission Inventory)에 근거한 대기질 관리 종합시스템으로, 체계적인 기초자료 수집·관리를 통하여 대기환경개선 종합계획, 미세먼지 관리 종합계획, 대기관리권역별 대기환경관리 기본계획 등 대기 정책 수립 및 평가에 필요한 양질의 정보를 제공하는 대국민 정보서비스를 실시하고 있다. The Annual Report on Air Pollutant Emissions is published by the National Fine Dust Information Center and introduces the annual air pollutant emissions. Since 1999, national air pollutant emissions have been calculated for seven air pollutants (CO, NOx, SOx, TSP, PM-10, VOCs, and NH3) using the Clean Air Policy Support System (CAPSS). PM-2.5 was added in 2011, and Black Carbon (BC) was added in 2014; currently, emissions for a total of nine air pollutants are calculated and published. CAPSS is a comprehensive air quality management system based on the Air Pollutants Emission Inventory.
