본 가이드북은 ChatGPT를 중심으로 다양한 업무에 생성형 AI 활용을 위한 사용법을 설명해 놓은 가이드북으로 한국방송통신전파진흥원 직원들이 보다 효율적인 업무수행이 가능하도록 도움을 드리고자 제작하였습니다. 이에 따라 보고서 작성, 회의록 정리, 문서 요약, 아이디어 도출, 질의응답 자동화 등 다양한 실무 상황에서 바로 활용할 수 있는 기능이 포함되어 있으며, 건강·심리상담, 음식·요리 검색 등 일상활용 예시는 과감히 생략하고 KCA 업무를 중심으로 예시를 마련하였습니다.

사용자는 이 자료를 통해 ChatGPT를 쉽게 이해하고 실무에 적용하여 직원 교육자료, 조직 혁신 전략, 정책 참고자료로 활용 가능하며, 해당 링크를 통해 PDF 형식으로 제공되고 최신 내용을 반영하여 주기적으로 개정된다.

본 가이드북의 전반적인 내용과 예제는 GPT-4o 모델(2024.5.13일 공개)을 기반으로 이루어졌으며, Project, Deep Research 등 신규 기능의 소개와 ChatGPT, Claude의 프롬프트 예시 및 심층 리서치 업무 활용 사례를 추가하였으며, ChatGPT 4.1 시리즈 및 OpenAI o3/o4-mini 모델 출시 등 OpenAI에서 공개한 최신 정보와 가이드를 업무에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 AI 저작권 및 책임 소재에 대한 AI윤리를 추가하였습니다(2025.6)

This guidebook explains how to use generative AI for various tasks centered on ChatGPT, and was created to help employees of the Korea Communications Commission perform their work more efficiently. Accordingly, it includes functions that can be immediately utilized in various practical situations such as report writing, meeting minutes organization, document summary, idea generation, and Q&A automation. In addition, examples of daily use such as health and psychological counseling, food and cooking search, etc. are boldly omitted, and examples are provided centered on KCA tasks. Users can easily understand ChatGPT through this material and apply it to their work, and use it as employee training materials, organizational innovation strategies, and policy reference materials. It is provided in PDF format through the link and is periodically revised to reflect the latest content. The overall content and examples of this guidebook are based on the GPT-4o model (released on May 13, 2024). In addition, we have added an introduction to new features such as Project and Deep Research, examples of ChatGPT and Claude's prompts, and cases of using in-depth research work. In order to effectively utilize the latest information and guides released by OpenAI, such as the ChatGPT 4.1 series and the release of the OpenAI o3/o4-mini model, we have added AI ethics on AI copyright and responsibility (June 2025).
