❍ 국민생활 과제인 쓰레기 무단투기 문제, 쓰레기 무단 투기 단속 및 처리의 효율화를 통한 중장기적 전략 수립 및 빅데이터 기반의 민원 발생 분포의 효율적인 파악과 관리를 위한 분석을 지원하고자 한다.
❍ 쓰레기 무단투기 상습 ‧ 다발 지역의 지역별 특성 파악을 통해 무단투기 확산 방지 및 민원 선제 대응 계획 수립을 위한 판단근거로 활용하기 위함이다. 또한 쓰레기 무단투기 상습·다발 발생지역 유형별 맞춤형 정책 수립 및 쓰레기 무단투기 발생지역과 쓰레기 수고 차량 경로 비교를 통해 쓰레기 무단투기 상습·다발 중점 관리 지역을 제안하는 것에 목표를 두고 있다.
❍ 쓰레기 민원데이터의 민원 건수 데이터를 이용하여 다발지역을 도출하고 격자별 민원 발생 빈도를 이용하여 상습지역을 도출한다. 다발지역과 상습지역을 이용하여 특별관리지역을 도출하고, 그에 따른 대응방안을 제시한다.
❍ 쓰레기 민원데이터의 발생장소의 주소데이터를 공간화(지오코딩)한다. 민원 건수를 활용하여 쓰레기 민원 다발지역을 도출하고, 격자별 쓰레기 무단투기 발생 빈도를 활용하여 쓰레기 민원 상습지역을 도출한다. 다발지역과 상습지역을 활용하여 특별관리지역을 도출하고 발생 원인에 따른 맞춤형 대응방안을 제시한다. ❍ The goal is to support the establishment of a mid- to long-term strategy to address the issue of illegal waste dumping, a national issue, and to improve the efficiency of crackdowns and processing of illegal waste dumping. Furthermore, this study aims to support analysis of the distribution and management of complaints based on big data. ❍ The goal is to use the regional characteristics of areas with frequent and high incidences of illegal waste dumping as a basis for decision-making in establishing plans to prevent the spread of illegal dumping and to preemptively respond to complaints. Furthermore, the study aims to establish customized policies for each type of area with frequent and high incidences of illegal waste dumping and to suggest priority management areas for frequent and high incidences of illegal waste dumping by comparing areas with high-frequency garbage truck routes. ❍ High-frequency areas are identified using the number of complaints in the garbage complaint data, and frequent areas are identified using the frequency of complaints by grid.
