비준표란 「부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률」제3조 제8항(토지가격비준표 해당) 및 동법 제16조 제6항(주택가격비준표 해당)에 근거한 대량의 부동산에 대한 가격을 간편하게 산정할 수 있도록 계량적으로 고안된 ‘간이 산정표’입니다

「부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률」 제16조 제6항에 근거한 대량의 단독주택에 대한 가격을 간편하게 산정할 수 있도록 계량적으로 고안된 ‘주택가격산정표’로, 매년 국토교통부장관이 작성하여 시군구 및 관계기관에 제공하고 있다.
