- 저상버스: 휠체어 탑승설비를 장착한 버스 등 교통약자가 편리하고 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 구조를 가진 버스
- 도지사가 교통약자 이동편의 증진 지원계획을 수립할 때에는 저상버스등의 도입, 저상버스등의 운행 및 교통약자의 접근성을 고려한 버스정류장과 도로 등 시설물의 정비 계획을 반영하고, 이에 따라 저상버스등을 도입하여야 함
