This data contains the results of a survey of employed individuals conducted to establish the Korea Network for Occupations and Workers (KNOW). As of June 2020, the KNOW provides detailed information on approximately 800 representative occupations to support career planning, career counseling, and job search and recruitment for youth and adults. The 2019 survey surveyed 17,143 employed individuals across 570 occupations, collecting information on the personality traits and knowledge elements required for each occupation. The data was analyzed and organized to provide up-to-date job information reflecting the specific characteristics of each occupation. The data includes job titles, job codes, essential personality traits, and key knowledge areas. It is also utilized in the online job information service Worknet (www.work.go.kr/jobMain.do).
