4. 작성체계
폐기물 재활용업자 (올바로시스템 실적보고) -> 시군구 / 환경청이 실적보고 검토 및 통계 기초자료 작성 -> 시.도 / 환경청 -> 시.군.구 자료 취합 및 수치 확인 -> 한국환경공단이 기초자료 오류 검토, 분석 및 결과공표
5. 결과공표: 주기 1년 1. Purpose of writing: To understand the current status of recycling-related companies and their annual recycling performance, and to provide basic data for fostering the recycling industry and establishing related policies.

- Understanding the number of recycling companies by registration type (license and report)/waste classification (general, designated, household)/sales amount and number of employees

Waste recyclers (Correct System performance report) -> City/county/environmental office reviews performance report and prepares basic statistical data -> City/province/environmental office -> City/county/environmental office compiles data and verifies figures -> Korea Environment Corporation reviews basic data for errors, analyzes, and publishes results
