보건의료기관의 종별, 병상 규모, 사고 발생 장소, 환자 성별 및 연령, 사고의 종류, 위해 정도 등 다양한 기준에 따라 분류된 환자안전사고 보고 현황을 포함하고 있습니다.

환자안전사고에 관한 정보 중 개인식별이 가능한 정보는 익명화처리 등을 통해 삭제되어 제공됩니다. This data is compiled from the Central Patient Safety Center of the Korea Healthcare Accreditation Institute's (KHIA) five-year patient safety incident reporting data. It is based on patient safety incident information reported during the period. This data includes patient safety incident reports categorized by various criteria, including type of healthcare institution, bed size, location of incident, patient gender and age, type of incident, and severity of harm, based on incident information reported through the Patient Safety Reporting and Learning System.
