Chapter 1 explains the background and development process of the Paris Agreement and carbon neutrality legislation. Chapters 2 and 3 define 84 green and transition economic activities that contribute to six major environmental goals (greenhouse gas reduction, climate change adaptation, water resource conservation, circular economy transition, pollution prevention, and biodiversity conservation). Chapter 4 then outlines the suitability judgment process (activity, recognition, exclusion, and protection criteria), Chapter 5 presents post-monitoring methods, and Chapter 6 presents utilization plans for financial institutions, funds, and corporate disclosures.
