                <dct:description xml:lang="en">This is hydraulic model tidal data for each forecast basin, collected and observed by the Han River Flood Control Office. It provides data such as the forecast basin name, year/month/day/hour/minute, and predicted hydraulic tidal data. The flood forecasting system uses the FLDWAV (Flood Wave) model as a hydraulic model. Tide data is used as a downstream boundary condition in the FLDWAV (Flood Wave) model. Tide data consists of time and tide level. The use of tide data as a downstream boundary condition in the FLDWAV model is primarily intended to analyze the flow of tidal streams (rivers affected by tides). If the river&amp;#39;s end is connected to the sea or open ocean, the water level and flow rate of the river are directly affected not only by the amount of water flowing downstream, but also by the high and low tides (tides).</dct:description>
