생명공학 DB 내 1975년부터의 염기서열 정보를 제공합니다.

We provide nucleotide sequence information managed in a biotechnology database built from electronic sequence lists submitted at the time of patent application. We provide nucleotide sequence information in API (REST format) and bulk format.

Application number, reception number, amino acid base sequence number, amino acid base sequence feature serial number, amino acid base sequence feature name, amino acid base sequence length, amino acid base sequence serial number, amino acid base sequence content, etc.
Provides base sequence information managed in the biotechnology DB as file data (XML, Text).
Provides base sequence information from 1975 onwards in the Biotechnology DB.
