혼잡도는 열차 정원 대비 실제 승차 인원의 비율(단위: %)로 정의되며, 정원 기준으로 좌석만 모두 찼을 경우 혼잡도를 34%로 산정합니다.

Crowding is defined as the ratio of actual passengers to the train capacity (unit: %), and when all seats are occupied based on capacity, the crowding rate is calculated as 34%.
