This data is the original text of the research report, \A Study on Securing Government Finance for Higher Education.\ This study aims to estimate the appropriate level of funding required for the development of higher education and develop feasible policy alternatives to secure it. It scientifically and objectively calculates the appropriate level of government investment in higher education, utilizes the concept of the standard cost of higher education to estimate the scale of government investment based on changes in the school-age population, and explores legal and institutional measures to secure this funding.
