국토에 관한 계획, 정책 수립 등에 필요한 인구, 경제, 사회, 문화, 교통, 환경, 건물/토지, 의료, 안전의 9개부문(부문별 164개 지표)에 대하여 격자기반 국토지표를 생산하여 통계지도로 서비스하는 데이터입니다.

건물 통계지도는 일반(건축물면적, 건폐율, 높이, 대지면적, 연면적, 용적율, 지상층수, 지하층수), 건축물수(사용승인일, 시기별), 주용도(공동, 단독), 주고(일반목구조, 철근콘크리트, 구조코드), 개별주택(가격, 주거용도면적)별 건물의 세부 항목별로 격자(100km, 10km, 1km, 500m, 250m, 100m), 법정경계(시도, 시군구, 읍면동, 리)별, 용도지역(도시지역, 관리지역, 농림지역, 자연환경 보전지역)별, 기초구역별 시도(시군구)로 조회하여 격자 통계지도를 제공합니다.

This is data that produces grid-based national land indices for nine sectors (164 indices per sector) of population, economy, society, culture, transportation, environment, buildings/land, healthcare, and safety, which are necessary for planning and establishing policies regarding the national land, and serves as a statistical map. The building statistics map provides a grid statistics map by searching by detailed items of buildings such as general (building area, building-to-land ratio, height, land area, gross floor area, floor area ratio, number of above-ground floors, number of underground floors), number of buildings (date of use approval, by period), main use (joint, single), main (general wood structure, reinforced concrete, structural code), individual housing (price, residential use area), grid (100km, 10km, 1km, 500m, 250m, 100m), legal boundary (city/province, city/county/district, town/village/village), use area (urban area, management area, agricultural/forestry area, natural environment conservation area), and basic district by city/county/district.
