※ "요건(국가유공자 요건)’ 이란?
국가유공자가 되기 위해 필요한 기본 요건을 뜻합니다. 관련 기준 및 범위는 법령(*)으로 정하고 있습니다.
국가유공자는 각 군 본부, 경찰청 등의 요건 사실 확인과 보훈심사위원회의 요건 심사를 거쳐서
인정되며, 요건이 인정되면 신체검사를 통한 상이등급 판정을 받을 수 있습니다.
