생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률 제2조제16호에 따른 질병의 예방 또는 치료를 목적으로 인체 내에서 유전적 변이를 일으키거나, 유전물질 또는 유전물질이 도입된 세포를 인체로 전달하는 유전자치료를 하고자 하는 의료기관은 같은 법 제48조제1항에 따라 유전자치료기관으로 신고하여야 합니다. 유전자치료 대상 질환 및 치료항목은 식품의약품안전처의 시판 허가를 받은 유전자치료제를 기준으로 합니다.
생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률 제48조 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제43조에 따라 질병관리청에 신고된 유전자치료기관에 대한 데이터로 신고번호, 기관명, 소재지 항목을 제공합니다. Medical institutions seeking to perform gene therapy, which involves inducing genetic mutations in the human body or delivering genetic material or cells containing genetic material into the human body for the purpose of preventing or treating diseases as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 16 of the Bioethics and Safety Act, must register as a gene therapy institution pursuant to Article 48, Paragraph 1 of the same Act. Diseases and treatments eligible for gene therapy are based on gene therapy products approved for marketing by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
