한국 특허의 특허 / 실용신안 출원 시 출원인이 기재하거나 심사관이 참조한 인용문헌 정보를 표준화한 데이터를 API(REST방식) 및 대용량(BULK)으로 제공합니다.

2. 세부 정보 내용
표준인용문헌번호, 원인용문헌번호 등의 정보를 TXT 형태로 제공합니다.
출원번호, 법적상태코드, 법적상태명(국문, 영문), 법적상태일자, 법적상태설명(국문, 영문)

1. Overview
We provide legal progress information in Korean and English that arises from the execution of patent administration from application to expiration of domestic intellectual property rights (patents, utility models, designs, and trademarks).
We provide standardized data on citation information provided by applicants or referenced by examiners when filing patent/utility model applications in Korea, in API (REST format) and bulk format.

Information such as standard citation numbers and reference numbers are provided in TXT format.
Application number, legal status code, legal status name (Korean, English), legal status date, legal status description (Korean, English)
