동문휘고(同文彙考)는 17세기 초반부터 19세기 후반까지 조선이 청, 일본과 주고받았던 외교문서를 모은 외교자료집이다. 특히 조선시대 한중관계사 및 국경문제를 정리한 자료이다. 총 129권 60책으로 원편(原編), 별편(別編), 보편(補編), 부편(附編)으로 구성되었다. 동문휘고 전문에 대한 DB구축에서는 국사편찬위원회 《한국사료총서》 제24잡(1978)의 자료를 저본으로 사용하였다.
