지진연보는 2001년 발간된 “1978~2000 지진관측보고” 이후, 한반도에서 발생한 규모 2.0이상의 지진에 대한 분석 결과를 매년 2월경 발간합니다.
이 연보에 표시된 시각은 한국표준시(동경 135° 자오선 기준)이며 세계 표준시보다 9시간이 빠릅니다. 이 연보에 수록된 지진파는 광대역지진계, 단주기지진계, 가속도계 등으로 관측된 지진 파형이며, 필터를 사용하여 가시성을 높였습니다. 지진분석자료에는 지진통보 후 정밀분석으로 재결정된 지진의 진원시, 진앙, 규모, 깊이 및 최대계기진도와 함께 각 관측소별 P, S파 도달 시각, 진앙거리, 방위각과 최대지반가속도 등을 기록하였습니다. This report provides statistical information on the magnitude, frequency, and location of earthquakes that have occurred in South Korea. It contains seismic analysis results based on instrumental observations. It also includes analysis results on earthquakes that occurred annually. The Earthquake Yearbook, published annually around February, contains analyses of earthquakes of magnitude 2.0 or greater that have occurred on the Korean Peninsula since the publication of the \1978-2000 Earthquake Observation Report\ in 2001. The times shown in this yearbook are Korean Standard Time (based on the 135th meridian east longitude), which is nine hours ahead of Universal Standard Time. The seismic waves included in this yearbook are observed using broadband seismometers, short-period seismometers, and accelerometers. Filters have been used to enhance visibility. The seismic analysis data includes the epicenter, epicenter, magnitude, depth, and maximum instrumental seismic intensity, as determined through detailed analysis after the earthquake notification.
