부산도시공사에서 진행하는 청년매입임대 입주자 모집에 대한 공고문입니다.
청년매입임대주택은 부산도시공사에서 매입한 오피스텔, 다가구 등을 주거지원이 필요한 청년들에게 시중 시세의 40%~50% 수준으로 임대하는 주택입니다.
1인 1주택 신청 원칙으로 중복신청이 불가하며 중복신청 시 전부 무효 처리 됩니다.
신청 내용이 사실과 다른 경우 부적격 처리, 당첨 취소 등 불이익이 있을 수 있으며 이로 인한 책임은 신청자 본인에게 있음을 유의하여야 합니다.
주택 단위로 모집하며, 주택 단위로 (예비)입주자 선정이 이뤄집니다.
입주 포기 및 퇴거 등을 고려하여 공급대상 주택의 3~4배수를 모집(예비 2~3배수 포함)합니다.
1순위와 2,3순위 신청자의 신청접수, 서류제출 대상자 발표, 대상자 서류제출 및 (예비)입주자 발표 일정이 상이하며, 2,3순위 신청자의 경우 1순위 신청자의 신청접수 및 서류제출 결과에 따라 공급대상 주택이 마감(제외)될 수 있으니 이점 유이하시기 바랍니다.

예비입주자 자격은 예비입주자 순번 발표일로부터 12개월까지 유지되고, 12개월이 경과한 다음날 예비입주자 지위가 소멸됩니다.
계약체결 후 60일 이내 입주를 완료하여야 합니다.

임대조건 : 시중 임대료의 40~50% 수준으로 순위에 따라 차등(1순위- 시중 임대로 40% 수준, 임대보증금 100만원/2,3순위 - 시중 임대료 50% 수준, 임대보증금 200만원)
임대기간 : 최초 2년, 재계약 4회 가능(입주자격 유지 시 최장 10년까지 거주 가능)
임대보증금, 월 임대료 상호 전환 : 임대보증금을 100만원 단위로 증액하여 월 임대료를 낮출 수 있음

This is an announcement regarding the recruitment of tenants for the Youth Purchase-to-Rent program run by the Busan Urban Development Corporation. The Youth Purchase-to-Rent program rents out officetels and multi-family units purchased by the Busan Urban Development Corporation to young people in need of housing assistance at 40-50% of the market rate. The principle of one-person-one-home is to not allow multiple applications. Duplicate applications will be invalidated. Please note that any inaccurate information in your application may result in disqualification, cancellation of your selection, or other disadvantages, and you are solely responsible for any resulting consequences. Applications are accepted on a unit-by-unit basis, and prospective tenants are selected on a unit-by-unit basis. To account for potential evictions and evictions, we recruit three to four times the number of eligible units (including two to three times the number of reserves).
