❍ 승강기 안전관리법 제 31조 (승강기의 자체점검)
☞ 자체점검을 월1회 이상 하고 그 결과를 승강기안전종합정보망에 입력
❍ 승강기 안전관리법 시행령 제 28조 (자체점검을 담당할 수 있는 사람의 자격)
☞ 유자격자에 한해 자체점검 실시
❍ 대전광역시 일반용역 적격심사 세부기준 (이행실적 평가)
☞ 적격심사 항목 및 배점한도, 이행실적 평가 기준 등에 따라 계약이행 능력 심사
❍ 유지관리 주요업무
— 자체점검(월간) : 월 1회 이상 유자격자에 의한 자체점검을 실시 후 점검 결과를 10일 이내 승강기안전종합정보망에 입력
— 정기검사 준비 및 수검 : 년 1회 검사 준비 및 수검 실시
— 승강설비 이상․고장․안전사고 발생에 따른 사후 조치 실시
— 야간 및 휴일(특별행사 포함) 고장보수 대기
