This document presents the results of a survey of the Dutch Food Valley, a successful global food cluster, examining its development process, innovation system, support organizations, and research institutions. This analysis provides a detailed analysis of the cluster's vitalizing factors, including its industrial structure, industry-academia-research collaboration model, research and development (R&D) support system, and corporate support programs. It can serve as a foundational resource for strengthening food industry competitiveness and formulating policies. Furthermore, the Dutch Food Valley case study provides benchmarking elements and strategies for developing domestic food industry clusters, as well as innovation infrastructure development plans.
