본 연구는 ｢과학기술기본법 시행령｣ 제6조 제2항에 따라 매년 실시하는 지방과학기술 실태조사와 당해 연도의 지방 과학기술 연감 작성을 목적으로 추진되고 있습니다. 이를 위해 지역 주도의 과학기술 혁신 정책이 방향성을 갖추고 체계적으로 수립･추진될 수 있도록, 다양한 통계에 분산되어 있는 지방 과학기술 정보를 종합적이고 체계적으로 조사･분석하고, 이를 통해 지역 RnD 혁신정책 수립에 필요한 정책적 시사점을 도출할 수 있도록 근거자료로서 제공합니다.

ㅇ 지방 과학기술 진흥 정책 실적을 효율적으로 점검하기 위하여 당해연도 지방 과학기술 실태조사 실시

This study is being conducted for the purpose of compiling the annual Local Science and Technology Status Survey and the Local Science and Technology Yearbook, in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Science and Technology. To this end, in order to ensure that region-led science and technology innovation policies are established and implemented systematically with a clear direction, this study comprehensively and systematically investigates and analyzes local science and technology information scattered across various statistics.
