고향사랑기부제란?
- 개인이 주민등록상 주소지를 제외한 지방자치단체에 기부하고 지자체는 기금(고향사랑기금)을 모아서 주민복리에 사용하는 제도

- 기 부 자 : 개인만 가능(법인, 단체 기부 불가)
- 기 부 처 : 주민등록상 주소지를 제외한 모든 지자체
- 한 도 액 : 개인별 연간 2,000만원 이내
- 기부혜택
·답 례품 : 기부금액의 30% 제공
· 세액공제 : 기부액 10만원 이하는 전액공제, 10만원초과 20만원 이하 44% 세액공제(혜택확대), 20만원 초과 16.5%
