This data is a refined and processed file based on the original National Nutrition Statistics provided by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, classifying the average intake of individual foods by food group from 2020 to 2023. Previously provided separately by year, gender, age group, and region, the data has been integrated into a single file and reorganized into the following categories: year, analysis standard, reference value, food group, food name, average intake, and standard error. This allows for a detailed examination of the average intake levels of individual foods, differences by gender, age group, and region, as well as changes in consumption over the years.
