1.품질관리의 개요
-건설공사에서 품질에 영향을 미치는 요소는 인력,자재,공법,자금 등이 있는데 이런한 생산수단으로 빠르게(공정관리),좋게(품질관리), 안전하게(안전관리),값싸게(원가관리)라는 공사수행 목적을 달성하려고 노력하는 것이 각종 관리의 목적이고, 이들중 "좋게"에 초점을 맞추어
관리하는 것을 품질관리라 할 수 있다. 즉, 넓은 의미로 품질관리는 발주자의 요구에 맞는 품질을 경제적으로 만들어 내기 위한 모든 수단과 체계이다.
2.품질관리 목적
합리적, 경제적, 내구적인 구조물을 만들어 내는 것으로 소정의 품질을 확보하고 품질을 종래보다 항상시키고 개선하며 또한, 편차를 적에 하고 균일한 품질을 유지함으로서 예상되는 하자를 미연에 방지함으로써 건설공사 품질에 대한 신뢰성 확보 및 원가 절감을 목적으로 한다

The purpose of various management activities is to strive to achieve the objectives of project execution—speed (process management), quality (quality management), safety (safety management), and cost (cost management)—using these means of production. Among these, management focused on \quality\ can be defined as quality management. In other words, in a broad sense, quality management encompasses all means and systems aimed at economically producing quality that meets the client's requirements. 2. Purpose of Quality Management - The objective is to create rational, economical, and durable structures.
