본 연구는 민간 우주산업의 급속한 발전에 대응하여 우주 전자파 기술기준 및 전파자원 개발 방안을 마련하는 것을 목표로 수행되었습니다. 미국, 유럽 등 우주산업 선진국의 규제 및 표준을 분석하고, 유럽우주국(ECSS)의 기준을 바탕으로 국내 위성 구성품 및 완성품에 대한 전자파적합성 요구사항을 도출했습니다. 또한 우주 공간에서의 전파전달 특성을 측정하기 위한 저궤도 위성 개념설계를 수행하고, 6G 시대를 대비한 위성-이동통신망 주파수 공동사용 방안을 연구했습니다.
본 연구 결과는 민간 주도형 우주산업 확대, 위성 개발 비용 절감, 우주산업체 활성화, 효율적인 전파자원 확보 정책 지원에 기여할 것으로 예상됩니다. This study was conducted with the goal of establishing technical standards for space electromagnetic waves and strategies for developing radio resources in response to the rapid development of the private space industry. We analyzed regulations and standards from advanced space industry nations such as the United States and Europe, and derived electromagnetic compatibility requirements for domestic satellite components and finished products based on the standards of the European Space Service (ECSS). Furthermore, we performed a conceptual design for a low-orbit satellite to measure radio wave transmission characteristics in space and researched strategies for the joint use of satellite-mobile communication networks frequencies in preparation for the 6G era.
