다음은 건물과 부지 전체가 금연 구역으로 지정되어 있습니다 . 어린이집, 유치원, 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 및 대안교육기관 , 어린이 운송용 승합자, 어린이 놀이시설 및 청소년 활동시설, 도서관, 공공기관의 청사, 의료기관, 보건소가 해당합니다.
시설 전체가 금연인 구역은 다음과 같습니다. 연면적 1,000㎡ 이상 건축물, 대학교, 체육시설, 학교 교과 교습학원, 교통 관련 시설, 공연장, 관광숙박업소, 사회복지시설, 목욕장, 음식점, 게입제공업소,
만화대여업소, 실내 휴게공간이 있는 식품자동판매기 영업소, 고속도로 휴게시설 입니다.
공동주택 거주 세대의 절반 이상이 동의 할 때는 금연아파트를 지정 할 수 있으며 지정 가능한 구역은 복도, 계단, 엘리베이터, 지하주차장 4가지 중 전부 또는 일부입니다.
그 외 영도구 조례로 정하는 사항은 다음과 같습니다. 태종대 유원지, 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 출입문으로부터 직선거리 50m이내, 버스정류장 표지판으로부터 반경 10m이내 , 택시승차대 기둥이나 표지판 또는 주차선이 설치된 곳부터 10m이내, 횡단보도 및 횡단보도와 접하는 보도의 5m이내 구역이 여기에 해당합니다.
금연구역 흡연행위 적발 시 10만원 이하의 과태료가 부과될 수 있으니 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다. Areas where the entire facility is non-smoking are as follows: buildings with a gross floor area of 1,000㎡ or more, universities, sports facilities, private tutoring academies, transportation-related facilities, performance venues, tourist accommodations, social welfare facilities, bathhouses, restaurants, game providers, comic book rental shops, food vending machine businesses with indoor休息 areas, and highway rest areas. A non-smoking apartment complex may be designated when more than half of the resident households in a multi-unit dwelling agree; the designated areas may be all or part of one of four categories: hallways, stairwells, elevators, and underground parking lots. Other matters determined by Yeongdo-gu Ordinances are as follows. This applies to areas within a straight-line distance of 50m from the entrances of Taejongdae Park, elementary, middle, and high schools; within a radius of 10m from bus stop signs; within 10m from taxi stand pillars, signs, or parking lines; and within 5m of crosswalks and sidewalks adjacent to crosswalks.
