- 6기 경기도 지역사회보장조사는 「사회보장급여법」, 「사회보장급여법 시행령」에 의한 법정조사로서 4년마다 정기적으로 진행됨
○ 표본
- 2025년 경기도차원에서 31개 시군 총 53,424가구대상으로 조사를 진행함
- 조사단위: 가구단위 조사
- 1차 표본추출: 집계구별 10가구 기준으로 추출. 이에 시군별 인구수 반영됨
- 2차 표본추출: 기초생활보장수급가구, 등록장애인가구 표본추출을 위해 시군별 협조를 받아 목표표본수의 3배의 명배를 받아 표본추출하여 조사함
- 가중치 부여되어 2024년 12월 기준 가구수 반영

- 가구특성: 가구원별 성별, 연령, 장애여부, 노동시장 참여현황, 교육수준
- 소득 및 재산: 시장소득, 주거관련 현황
- 13개 사회보장 영역 욕구조사: 아동돌봄, 노인돌봄, 장애인돌봄, 정신건강, 신체건강, 기초생활유지, 가족 및 사회적 관계, 보호안전, 교육, 고용, 주거, 법률 및 권익보장, 문화여가 영역에서의 어려움, 외부지원 필요성, 이용경험, 이용의사 조사
- 지역사회거주격차 인식: 다른 지역과 비교할 때 격차가 있다고 보는지 조사
- 위기경험: 단전단수, 공과금 체납 등 경험
- 사회적고립. 복지서비스 접근성, 돌봄통합관련 조사 진행 ○ Basis - The 6th Gyeonggi-do Community Social Security Survey is a statutory survey conducted regularly every four years pursuant to the Social Security Benefits Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Social Security Benefits Act. ○ Sample - In 2025, the survey was conducted at the Gyeonggi-do level targeting a total of 53,424 households across 31 cities and counties. - Survey Unit: Household-based survey - 1st Sampling Method: Extracted based on 10 households per census tract. Accordingly, population figures by city and county are reflected. - 2nd Sampling: To sample households receiving Basic Livelihood Security benefits and registered disabled households, the survey was conducted by obtaining a sample size three times the target sample size through cooperation with each city and county. - Weights were applied to reflect the number of households as of December 2024. ○ Key Survey Contents - Household Characteristics: Gender, age, disability status, labor market participation, and education level by household member. - Income and Assets: Market income and housing-related status. - Needs Assessment in 13 Social Security Areas: Investigation into difficulties, necessity of external support, experience of use, and intention to use services in the areas of child care, elderly care, disability care, mental health, physical health, maintenance of basic living, family and social relationships, protection and safety, education, employment, housing, legal and rights protection, and culture and leisure. - Perception of Community Living Disparities: Investigation into whether disparities are perceived when compared to other regions. - Experiences of Crisis: Experiences such as power and water disconnection or overdue utility bills. - Surveys conducted on social isolation, accessibility to welfare services, and integrated care. 경기도_지역사회보장조사 Gyeonggi-do Community Social Security Survey 2026-04-02 2026-04-03 경기도
