The aim is to promote the expansion of social participation and the strengthening of self-reliance capabilities of people with disabilities, and to contribute to the enhancement of welfare for people with disabilities within the local community, by supporting group operations and experiential and exchange activities that consider the characteristics of each disability type.

- Support for operating expenses of organizations for the disabled and operation of free meal centers
- Support for the operation of field experience, climbing experience, and independent living training programs tailored to different types of disabilities
- Support for events such as National Day of Persons with Disabilities, Sign Language Culture Festival, and National Unity Exchange Conference for Persons with Disabilities
