조정결과 구분으로는 조정성립, 조정불성립, 각하, 취하, 거부, 조정을 하지 아니하는 결정, 이송 총 7 종류의 구분이 있습니다.
조정 불성립의 경우 조정안이 제시되었으나 당사자가 거부한 경우를 뜻합니다. 조정절차에 대한 자세한 설명은 분쟁조정위 홈페이지 (https://namc.molit.go.kr/intro/systemProcess.do?menu=5)에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

※ 공용부분유지보수 4건, 층간소음 2건은 조정 절차 진행 중 (2026.03.05 기준) 입니다. This is statistical data on the status of mediation results by dispute type from the Central Multi-Family Housing Management Dispute Mediation Committee, provided by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation. There are a total of seven classifications for mediation results: settlement, failure to reach a settlement, dismissal, withdrawal, refusal, decision not to mediate, and transfer. A failure to reach a settlement refers to a case where a mediation proposal was presented but rejected by the parties.
