본 인권경영헌장은 UN 세계인권선언의 정신을 토대로 UN 기업과 인권 이행원칙(UNGPs)과 UN 글로벌콤팩트(UNGC) 10대 원칙 등 국제적으로 합의된 인권 기준을 반영하여 제정되었다. 본 헌장은 모든 사업활동 전반에서 인간의 존엄과 가치를 최우선으로 고려하며, 노동, 환경, 반부패 등 국내·외 인권 규범을 성실히 준수할 것을 선언한다. 또한 성별, 종교, 연령, 장애, 지역 등을 이유로 한 차별을 금지하고, 안전하고 건강한 근무환경 조성, 강제노동 및 아동노동 금지, 결사의 자유와 단체교섭권 보장을 명확히 한다. 더불어 책임 있는 공급망 관리와 협력사 인권경영 확산, 환경보호와 지역사회 인권 존중, 고객의 안전과 개인정보 보호, 일과 삶의 균형 실현을 통해 지속가능한 경영을 추진하며, 인권침해의 사전 예방과 피해자 구제를 위한 체계적인 노력을 지속한다. This Human Rights Management Charter was established based on the spirit of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and reflects internationally agreed upon human rights standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC). This charter declares that human dignity and value will be given top priority in all business activities and that the company will faithfully comply with domestic and international human rights norms on labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. Furthermore, it prohibits discrimination based on gender, religion, age, disability, and region, and explicitly mandates the creation of a safe and healthy work environment, the prohibition of forced and child labor, and the guarantee of freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
