This 24-hour counseling service utilizes a generative AI-based prevention schema for youth and adolescents at risk of isolation and seclusion to proactively prevent isolation and withdrawal, and to support recovery and ongoing management. By analyzing counseling patterns, the service detects early warning signs of loneliness, anxiety, and depression, and identifies individuals at risk of isolation and seclusion. Based on the counseling results, the service supports external activities for youth and adolescents at risk of isolation through a hybrid counseling model that links in-person counseling and online/offline activity programs operated by the Suwon Youth Foundation.
