매년 봄에 3일동안 벚꽃이 피는시기에 진행되며 양평군민이 주로 직접 부스를 운영하고 공연을 진행합니다.

3일차 오후 문화공연을 끝으로 마무리 되므로 3일차에 오후에 방문 시 행사가 종료를 주의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

It also commemorates the 44th and 46th anniversaries of Yangpyeong-eup Citizens' Day. Held annually for three days in spring, during the cherry blossom season, the festival features Yangpyeong residents primarily operating booths and hosting performances. The festival concludes with a cultural performance on the afternoon of the third day, so please be aware that the event will end on the afternoon of the third day.
