The Incheon Regional Headquarters of the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for the Elderly sought to identify creative, field-oriented new senior job opportunities through the participation of various stakeholders in the community (seniors, implementing agencies, and citizens). We solicited ideas for new senior job development projects in 2026 from participants in senior job programs, implementing agency officials, and the public, and selected 28 projects. Based on this data, we are disclosing the results of new senior job (senior capacity utilization) and new senior social activities (senior public service activities). We are disclosing job opportunities applicable to senior job programs, considering their distinctiveness, feasibility, job suitability, and sustainability.
