- 또한, 양평군 안전전세 관리단을 운영함으로써 관내 중개사들의 '안전전세 길목 지킴 운동' 동참을 유도하고 관리하며 ▲전세사기 피해 예방을 위한 중개 불법행위 모니터링 ▲중개문화 개선 활동 추진 ▲상하반기 공인중개사 민관 합동 점검 등 활동을 추진함.

This project aims to provide a safe living environment and establish a trustworthy real estate transaction order through the voluntary participation of licensed real estate agents in Yangpyeong-gun as part of the Gyeonggi Safe Lease Project. - This is a social movement in which licensed real estate agents voluntarily participate by establishing individual action plans with the goal of improving the safe real estate brokerage environment.
